Hospice Care
For the terminally ill who do not require the specialized sophistication of a hospital.
What specifically does hospice care offer?
- Hospice is a special home health care service for patients and families who are faced with terminal illness. Physicians, nurses, social workers, bereavement counselors and volunteers work together to address the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each patient and their families. The hospice team provides care to patients in their own home or a home-like setting.
